An award-winning architecture and design studio of around is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to play a central role in supporting the day-to-day life of the studio. The practice has a collaborative and sociable culture, and is committed to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace with a strong sense of community.

The position sits at the heart of the practice and the responsibilities span HR, finance management, studio management, IT, and general practice administration. The right candidate is experienced in ensuring smooth operations while helping to maintain the culture and energy that defines the team.

The role involves supporting people processes and maintaining a welcoming workspace to ensuring systems and compliance are effectively managed.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with 5+ years’ experience in studio management within the architecture or built environment sectors and experience with Xero.
