Senior Site Manager – Residential Apartments\n\nLocation: Leeds\nJob Type: Contract (12 months)\nStart Date: June 2026\n\nOverview\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a residential apartment project in Leeds. This is a 12-month contract role, ideal for a proactive and hands-on professional with a strong background in residential construction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget\n\n * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff\n\n * Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations\n\n * Monitor progress and maintain high standards of quality\n\n * Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly\n\n * Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders\n\n * Maintain accurate site records and reports\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential/apartment projects\n\n * Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification\n\n * CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)\n\n * First Aid at Work certification\n\n * Strong leadership and communication skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines effectively\n\nDesirable\n\n * Experience working on multi-unit apartment developments\n\n * Temporary Works Coordinator or Supervisor certification\n\nIf this role is of interest to you, please apply today
