\nWe’re entering a once-in-a-company moment: a major step-change in our D2C marketing investment, a full rebrand of the company and product under the Zable brand, and a marketing function being built out at pace under a newly-appointed CMO. This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up.
\nWe’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing creative pod and produce best-in-class campaign work across Zable. You’ll have significant scope to shape how the brand looks and feels in the market — from rebrand applications through to large-scale campaigns.
\nWhat we're looking for:
\nEssential:
\n4+ years as a creative or brand designer, ideally for a consumer brand or in a top creative agency
\nA portfolio that shows strong typographic, layout and conceptual thinking — not just template execution
\nExperience designing for performance / growth marketing. Confident across paid social, performance marketing, campaigns, social
\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at scale
\nComfortable working from briefs and turning rough ideas into shippable concepts
\nDemonstrable use of AI tools in your design workflow
\nDesirable:
\nMotion and video skills (After Effects, Figma motion, modern AI motion tools)
\nExperience contributing to a rebrand or new brand launch
\nFamiliarity with creative testing frameworks

\nBrand Stewardship:
\nMaintain visual consistency across all marketing materials
\nOwn creative QA on assets before launch — regulatory text, formats, exports
\nBuild and maintain templates, design systems and asset libraries
\nCollaboration & AI:
\nWork closely with the Head of Creative, growth, and product design teams
\nUse AI tools to increase the speed and quality of your work
