We are looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of maintenance services across multiple sites.\n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong electrical and mechanical experience to work in a dynamic environment, supporting critical plant, equipment, and building services while contributing to operational excellence and safety.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and building services.\nDiagnose faults and perform effective repairs on a wide range of industrial and building systems.\nConduct preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability and performance.\nSupport the maintenance and repair of heavy industrial machinery and overhead cranes.\nWork on three-phase electrical systems (up to 440V), motors, gearboxes, valves, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.\nIdentify risks, contribute to safe systems of work, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.\nUpdate technical drawings and maintenance records as required.\nUse CAFM systems and mobile devices to manage work orders and maintenance activities.\nLiaise with site teams and stakeholders to resolve building services issues efficiently.\nSupport departmental health and safety initiatives and deputise for the Shift Leader when required.\nParticipate in overtime, including evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nEssential\n\nRecognised apprenticeship or equivalent time-served engineering qualification.\nProven experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities maintenance environment.\nElectrical qualification such as City & Guilds 2360/2330, NVQ, or equivalent.\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.\nMechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).\nExperience working with: \nThree-phase motors, drives, and inverters.\nHydraulic and pneumatic systems.\nPLC fault-finding and diagnostics.\nNVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.\nExperience producing risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work documentation.\nExperience supervising contractors and managing safe working practices.\n\nDesirable\n\nWorking at Height qualification.\nIPAF certification.\nAuthorised Person (AP) qualifications.\nExperience within heavy engineering or manufacturing environments
