\nA well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor (3–6 years’ PQE) to join its growing Bradford office.
\n
\nWorking across a wide range of sectors - including energy and renewables, retail, leisure and hospitality, transport, logistics, and highly regulated industries - the real estate team is known for its technical expertise and commercially focused advice.
\n
\nThe firm acts for a diverse client base, including property developers, investors, lenders, and public and third-sector organisations, such as schools and health-sector bodies.
\n
\nThe role This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience within a strong and collaborative real estate team. You will support senior lawyers on a variety of matters, including:
\n

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Licences to assign and underlet
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Sales and purchases
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Reports on title
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Property finance
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Development work
  \n\t 
\n

You will also be encouraged to manage your own matters, develop client relationships, and occasionally support colleagues in other teams, such as Corporate and Restructuring.

\nAbout you

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE in real estate
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Proven experience handling commercial property matters
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Ideally exposure to more complex work, such as:
  \n\t \n\t
  \n\t\t
  • Asset management
    \n\t\t 
  \n\t\t
  • Agreements for lease
    \n\t\t 
  \n\t\t
  • Leases and surrenders
    \n\t\t 
  \n\t\t
  • Commercial and residential development
    \n\t\t 
  \n\t\t
  • Investment work (acting for individual and institutional landlords)
    \n\t\t 
  \n\t
  \n\t
\n\t
• Able to demonstrate your contribution to successful outcomes on matters
  \n\t 
\n\t
• Keen to progress your career within a forward-thinking, commercial team
