Our client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing After Sales team, providing installation, servicing and technical support across a wide customer base.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll receive full support, ongoing training and the opportunity to develop your technical skills within a respected and growing business.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Field Service Engineer, you will travel to customer sites across the North of the UK, carrying out installations, planned maintenance, servicing and repairs on a range of commercial beverage equipment.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n * Installing, servicing and repairing commercial equipment at customer sites.\n\n * Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs.\n\n * Providing customers with training on the correct operation and maintenance of equipment.\n\n * Recording technical findings and completing service documentation accurately.\n\n * Reporting recurring faults and identifying opportunities for product improvements.\n\n * Supporting the Sales team with technical expertise where required.\n\n * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service.\n\n * Planning daily workloads and travel routes efficiently, responding to urgent breakdowns when required.\n\n * Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.\n\n * Always Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.\n\nAbout You\n\nWe're looking for an engineer with strong fault-finding abilities and a customer-focused approach.\n\nIdeally you will have:\n\n * A recognised Engineering qualification (A-Level or equivalent as a minimum).\n\n * Experience working with electrical and hydraulic systems.\n\n * Previous experience servicing, maintaining or repairing technical equipment.\n\n * Experience working with pressurised boiler systems.\n\n * Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Strong organisational and communication skills.\n\n * Good IT skills and the ability to complete service reports accurately.\n\n * The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.\n\n * A flexible approach to travel, including regular overnight stays.\n\n * A full UK Driving Licence.\n\n· Experience working with commercial coffee machines, bean-to-cup equipment, espresso machines or similar catering equipment is beneficial\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\n * Competitive salary.\n\n * Performance bonus scheme.\n\n * Company vehicle.\n\n * Company pension.\n\n * 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service.\n\n * Christmas shutdown.\n\n * Employee Assistance Programme.\n\n * Ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career development.\n\nIf you're an experienced Field Service Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking organisation that values technical expertise and customer service, apply now
