By using the site and services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

Use of the site
All information and services available on the Jobs4 Network Limited site are provided exclusively for the purpose of assisting individuals in finding employment and making career decisions. It’s also used to aid employers in recruiting personnel. You may use information from the site to print or download and for no other personal or commercial purpose. No information or text may be copied, displayed, transmitted from the site. All copyright, database rights and intellectual property rights on the site belongs to the Jobs4 Network Limited . Use of the site does not give you any propriety rights in such materials.
Job advertisements
Job advertisements contained on this site are provided by prospective employers and their agents. We accept no liability or responsibility for the contents of any advertisements on the site. We expect candidates and employers to carry out the customary verification procedures as are usual.
The Jobs4 Network Limited services
All information and services made available on the site by us and the third parties are intended to assist in the job seeking and recruitment procedure. Neither Jobs4 Network Limited nor the suppliers can guarantee their suitability or success prospects. At all times you should seek to attain independent verification before relying on information provided on the site.
Service availability
We always endeavour to ensure continuous availability of the site but we accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however they may be caused. We may alter the design and specifications of the site at any time.
Limitation Liability
Our liability, and the liability of our third parties, for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of using this site is limited to your actual direct damages and excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or any consequential or speculative loss. This exclusion does not extend to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and all disputes shall be decided by the English courts.

Recruiter’s terms and conditions for business
General
In these terms and conditions: a. any reference to ‘we’ ‘us’ or ‘our’ are references to the Jobs4 Network Limited . b. ‘Customer’ means any person, company, organisation or firm which purchases services from us. c. ‘Order form’ means an order for services on a form provided by us and signed by the customer. d. ‘Services’ means all recruitment products and services made by us from time to time. e. ‘Contract Month’ means, in respect of any order form relating to provision of services for a specified period of months, the calendar month commencing on the start date specified in the order form and ending on the day before the same data in the next calendar month.
Prices
Prices are guaranteed while advertised on the site. A job will remain live on the site for 14 days or such a longer period, as agreed. Any extension on this time will be charged to the customer. A flat fee of £89 + VAT per vacancy will be charged. A single vacancy is identified by a unique ID number. If a customer deletes or withdraws a job and then reposts it, this will be classed as two jobs.
Payments
All invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments will entitle us to suspend provision of services. Interest will be payable on late payments at the rate of 5%.
Job Posting
Employment agencies and employment businesses
If you are an employment agency or an employment business (as defined by the employment agencies act 1973) it is your responsibility to ensure that advertisements you place on the Jobs4 Network Limited comply with your obligations under the said act together with the applicable regulations and guidelines. You agree to comply with these regulations as they affect the conduct of your business and the advertisements you place on the Jobs4 Network Limited .
Site rules
We have rules regarding the content and format of jobs posted on any Jobs4 Network Limited site. Their purpose is to ensure users who search the site get results which are presented as clearly as possible. You agree that, at our discretion, we may remove any advertisement on the Jobs4 Network Limited in breach of these rules. The rules may change from time to time and we advise you to refer to them regularly. The Jobs4 Network Limited site rules are:
· No duplicating of jobs at the expense of other clients jobs.
· No deliberate breaching of the Jobs4 Network Limited terms and conditions for advertisers benefit.
· No gratuitous use of keywords in job descriptions. Gratuitous is defined as deliberately inserting words with the intention of increasing the number of page views.
· Job vacancies placed on the Jobs4 Network Limited must be for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated recruitment, including affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so called business opportunity’.
Responses to advertisements
You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to and advertisement you have posted and not do anything that may bring the Jobs4 Network Limited into disrepute. You will indemnify the Jobs4 Network Limited from and against any claim brought by an individual against the Jobs4 Network Limited arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions. We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications.
Site Availability
We will always endeavour to ensure the Jobs4 Network Limited is available to users of the World Wide Web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the site may be unavailable either partially or completely, due to technical faults or reasons beyond our control. We agree to deal with these situations as soon as possible, but you agree that we shall have no financial liability to you in the event of such unavailability.
Equipment
It is responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate equipment and are connected to the appropriate services to enable you to post jobs to the Jobs4 Network Limited . You are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site. We may remove from the Jobs4 Network Limited any advertisement which contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is defamatory or objectionable or will bring the Jobs4 Network Limited into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.
Passwords
Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We may deny access to a password if we believe that it’s being used by an unauthorised person or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions.
