Demi Chef De Partie Required for a fine dining establishment in County Durham.
My client requires an experienced Chef de Partie for their busy establishment in County Durham. You must have had prior experience in High volume and fine dining establishments. You must be fully competent and confident to control a section of the kitchen on your own. All food is fresh and prepared and cooked on site.
Salary is neg for the right person you will be working 5/7 days and mainly straights for 9 hours per shift.
