We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people who relish a challenge whatever the weather!
As our Ad Bike representative, your role will be to cycle round towns and cities across the UK promoting our clients recruitment campaign.

The ad bike will boast a small company branded advertising trailer, allowing the public to see who are recruiting. One hour you may be cycling round town the next you may be in a park, this is an exciting role where every day is guaranteed to be different.
As well as riding the bike, you will be required to stop in areas of high footfall for maximum exposure (depending on the campaign, a flyer give-away may also form part of your role).

This unique role is a fantastic opportunity for people who prefer to work in the outdoors, it is also a great way of keeping fit!

You will ideally own a bicycle in good working order.

So there’s never been a more exciting time to join us. And delivering honest, friendly advice we’re famous for, you’ll be part of one of the most important teams in the business.

You’re the main point of contact for our customers. So as well as having an interest in mobiles and all the technology that goes with them, you’ll need to be good on the phone. That means combining a polite manner with razor-sharp efficiency – striking up a rapport with each caller as you solve a variety of queries and advise them on everything from GPRS to video messaging, apps to Wi-Fi.

Along with great communication skills and a commitment to putting the customer first, you’ll need expert call handling skills, a tenacious personality and the ability to work as part of a high performing team. If you have previous experience in a contact centre environment, that’s all the better. But as long as you’re quick to learn the ropes and can meet our high standards, we’ll give you handy bonuses and benefits to reward your talents.

Some things are just too good to miss. A bit like outstanding jobs with uncapped earning potential. And that’s exactly what we’re offering talented sales people in our contact centres in the North East.

Right now, we’ve got a range of sales roles for people with a firm focus on hitting challenging targets. But while we want you to be driven by boosting your figures, making the most of that uncapped commission doesn’t mean letting customer service slide. We’ll still expect you to strike up a rapport with each caller as you match them to the right product.

So your commitment to putting the customer first is just as important as your unprecedented flair for sales. That said, a track record of meeting (and exceeding) targets in a challenging environment is a must. As are expert call handling skills, a tenacious personality and an ability to work as part of a diverse, high-performing team.

Some things are just too good to miss. A bit like outstanding jobs with uncapped earning potential. And that's exactly what we're offering talented sales people in our contact centres in the North East.

Right now, we've got a range of sales roles for people with a firm focus on hitting challenging targets. But while we want you to be driven by boosting your figures, making the most of that uncapped commission doesn't mean letting customer service slide. We'll still expect you to strike up a rapport with each caller as you match them to the right product.

So your commitment to putting the customer first is just as important as your unprecedented flair for sales. That said, a track record of meeting (and exceeding) targets in a challenging environment is a must.
